The Southwest Center is seeking an experienced Billing Manager who is responsible for all aspects of our Billing Department. This includes experience with coding, accounts receivable and credentialing providers with Medicare, Medicaid (AHCCCS), and commercial health plans. We are hiring a Bilingual Empowerment Specialist to co-facilitate group-level interventions and community educational programs, recruiting program participants, and providing direct services to individual enrolled in individual-level interventions. Full details in the job description below.


The HIV Tester I & Linkage to Care Specialist provides a high volume of HIV/STI testing services and linkage to care services for newly diagnosed HIV-positive clients. This position also provides clients who are HIV-negative with linkage to prevention and health services, including PrEP, PEP, behavioral health, or medical services. This position will provide high-quality health-related information, referrals, and strengths-based services in a non-judgmental, stigma-free way. Position also includes providing outreach-based services to reach individuals at high-risk for HIV/STI infections with prevention or education messages and materials.


Southwest Center is looking for a Medical Case Manager who will provide a range of client-centered services that link clients to medical case, behavioral health, and other supportive services that ensure timely, coordinated access to the HIV continuum of care. The Medical Case Manager also provides treatment and medication adherence counseling, oral health intervention and referral, and HIV risk reduction counseling services. Direct services include a wide range of intensive, client-centered services to persons living with HIV/AIDS within an LGBTQ+ friendly, sex-positive, and stigma-free environment. The Southwest Center is hiring an Outreach Manager to provide leadership, staff supervision, and programmatic development and implementation of the Southwest Center Outreach Programs. These programs include Outreach HIV/STI testing, Condom Distribution, PrEP/PEP Navigation Services, and Community Health Outreach and Education.


The Southwest Center is hiring a HIV/STI Testing Program Manager to provide leadership, staff supervision, programmatic development and oversight of clinical HIV/STI testing and Early Intervention Services.


The Education & Empowerment (E&E) Manager providers leadership, staff supervision, and programmatic development and implementation of the Southwest Center’s E&E programs. These programs include behavioral interventions and empowerment programs such as CLEAR, Healthy Relationships, Many Men Many Voices, Mpowerment, HIV 101 Education Program, and Transgender Navigation Services among persons living with HIV and individuals who are at high risk for HIV and STIs. The E&E Manager facilitates group-level interventions and educational programs along with their team. The E&E Managers shares a vision with a team of superheroes who work to empower out community and end the HIV epidemic.
