At the Southwest Center, we are committed to providing high-quality, affordable, affirming, and inclusive healthcare to all - especially people of color, LGBTQIA2S+ and Queer individuals, and those affected by HIV.

Our facility, the Parsons Center for Health and Wellness, brings quality community healthcare providers and LGBTQ+ support organizations together under one roof. 

Where We Are 

The Southwest Center is in the heart of downtown Phoenix just north of Central and Roosevelt and is conveniently accessible by bus and light rail.
