From the Desk of Our Patient Experience Coach

Hello Southwest Center Community,

I hope this message finds you well.  My name is Cassie Sampson, and I am the Patient Experience Coach here at Southwest Center.  I'm excited to share some insights about our Patient Experience Program.  According to The Beryl Institute, Patient Experience (PX) is defined as "The sum of all interactions, shaped by an organization's culture, that influence patient perceptions across the continuum of care."  At Southwest Center, we've made a dedicated commitment to prioritizing PX, recognizing its significance to our mission, vision, and values. Serving you - our incredible patients, clients, and community members - is both an honor and a responsibility we take seriously, and we're genuinely grateful for the trust you've bestowed upon us.

Since August 2023, we've taken significant steps in implementing PX strategies to ensure that our patients and clients remain at the forefront of everything we do.  This includes the development of a new post-visit survey, which enables us to gather and analyze valuable data from our patients to inform and guide our programs and initiatives.  Additionally, we've established internal systems to check in with our staff, understanding that an outstanding Patient Experience begins with an excellent Employee Experience. 

 

We invite you to participate in our Annual Patient Survey. Your feedback ensures our service and programs best serve our clients and community. For those who complete the short survey, we will be raffling three $100 visa gift cards.
