The delay, caused by a cybersecurity incident on Wednesday, February 21, has affected pharmacies across the United States. This incident has impacted systems and services at Change Healthcare, one of the largest healthcare technology companies in the U.S.
The care you receive from Southwest Center will not be interrupted or delayed due to this incident. Our data has not been breached, and your information remains secure.
We are taking necessary steps and safety precautions to prevent prescription interruptions, including:
Temporarily, print paper prescriptions to send with the patient.
The patient can choose a different pharmacy to send an electronic prescription temporarily.
If you have a prescription that needs to be filled, please call us at 602-307-5330 to pick up a paper prescription or choose a different pharmacy. You can also contact us if you have additional questions.
